Terms of Service

Marquee is a bio card and media kit product operated on Moodee infrastructure. By creating a card you agree to use the service lawfully and not to impersonate others, post illegal or infringing content, or abuse the platform.

Content

You own your content. Cards reported for NSFW, impersonation, spam, or illegal content are reviewed under a three-strike policy and may be suspended or removed.

Usernames

Usernames are first-come, first-served. Inactive accounts may have their username released after 90 days. Pro members may change their username once.

Billing

Pro is billed via Stripe monthly or annually and renews automatically until canceled.
